These Admission Terms apply to enrolment in programmes offered by SAARS. Students and parents should read them with programme information, the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions and Refund / Cancellation Policy.

1. Enquiry and Counselling

Submission of an enquiry or counselling form does not constitute admission or reserve a seat.

2. Eligibility

Admission is subject to the eligibility requirements applicable to the selected programme at the time of enrolment. Applicants may be required to submit relevant academic, identity, age or supporting documents.

3. Accuracy of Information

Students and parents are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.

4. Programme Structure

The approved SAARS structure is the 1-Year Professional Programme — Media & Production, 2-Year Professional Programme — Broadcast Production, and 3-Year Advanced Professional Programme — Broadcast & Media Technology. The 2-Year and 3-Year pathways are cumulative extensions.

5. Fees and Payment

Applicable programme fees, instalment arrangements and other approved charges will be communicated before payment and admission confirmation. No fee, discount, scholarship or concession should be assumed unless formally communicated or approved by SAARS.

6. Admission Confirmation

Admission should be treated as confirmed only after the applicable admission requirements have been completed and SAARS has communicated confirmation.

7. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to participate regularly in guided learning, practical sessions, exercises, project work and other programme activities.

8. Practical Work, Projects and Portfolio

SAARS programmes may require practical exercises, team activities, production assignments, project documentation and portfolio development.

9. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave responsibly, respect faculty/staff/students, follow safety/equipment instructions and maintain appropriate conduct.

10. Programme Operations

SAARS may make reasonable operational changes to schedules, faculty allocation, practical arrangements, learning resources or delivery methods when necessary without materially misrepresenting the programme offered.

11. Certification and Academic Status

Completion of a SAARS programme does not automatically constitute a university degree, government-recognised diploma, statutory qualification or equivalent academic award unless a formally verified arrangement is specifically published.

12. Internships, Careers and Placements

SAARS does not guarantee internship placement, employment, campus placement, freelance work, salary or earnings.

13. Withdrawal and Cancellation

Any refund or deduction is governed by the Refund / Cancellation Policy applicable to that admission.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the SAARS Privacy Policy and applicable law.

15. Policies and Updates

Students and parents should review the policies applicable to their admission.
