This policy applies to admissions and payments made to SAARS. Students and parents should review the applicable fee structure, payment schedule and this policy before completing admission.

1. Cancellation / Withdrawal Request

A student or parent wishing to cancel or withdraw should submit a written request to support@sibmt.com with enough information to identify the admission.

2. Applicable Refund

The amount, if any, eligible for refund depends on the applicable admission terms, date of request, programme commencement status, amounts paid, services already provided and lawful/clearly disclosed deductions. SAARS will not apply undisclosed deductions.

3. Before Programme Commencement

The applicable refund will be calculated according to the refund terms communicated for that admission cycle and applicable law.

4. After Programme Commencement

The applicable refund, if any, may take into account the stage of the programme, services already provided and the terms accepted at admission.

5. Non-Refundable Charges

Any charge intended to be non-refundable must be clearly identified as such before payment.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, SAARS will process the refund through an appropriate payment method after necessary verification. The applicable processing timeline will be communicated when approved.

7. Payment Gateway / Banking Charges

Where legally permissible and applicable, actual transaction-related deductions may be considered only if appropriately disclosed and genuinely incurred.

8. Programme Cancellation by SAARS

If SAARS cancels a programme or cannot provide the programme for which a student has paid, an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement will be offered subject to applicable law and circumstances.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

Documented exceptional circumstances may be considered case-by-case where appropriate.

10. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
